Learn the fundamentals. Do drills, practice your line drawing and curve drawing, human proportions, etc. Do it, because right now, I cannot say your art is at that level yet.
When you look at the good pieces of art here, every single person who drew them will have sat by drilling themselves, because we ultimately derive our imagination and uniqueness from seeing things around us. Look at ThePsychoSheep, Hyptosis, CartoonCoffee... and perhaps you might get some starting inspiration from these people.
